My own 2009 posts that I like the best
Here’s a secret: The reason I maintain this site is so that I will come up first if my name is Googled. If I were called a blogger, then I would be a casual one as I decided not to spend a lot of time writing at this point in my life (it’s also the reason why I picked Tumblr as a platform rather than Blogspot or Wordpress). That being said, I did write a few original posts in 2009 and the following are some of what I like best:
On technology:
- Number of followers will mean less and less
- How do you share links?
- Wanted: A search engine that indexes and prioritizes my likes, shares and retweets
- Facebook improvements that I’d like to see from the Friendfeed acquisition
- How To Calculate Tumblarity (Updated)
- Why Developing a Native Twitter Client is a Good Move by RIM
- Nothing is Original in Social Media, So Stop Complaining
- What the heck — Predictions for 2010
On personal events and Jakarta:
- Photos from Ritz-Carlton bombings
- The Jakarta Bombings: A Personal Perspective
- Ritz-Carlton: Oops about the bomb. Here’s the bill for your stay.
- Thoughts on Beggars Crackdown in Jakarta
- What is the answer to Jakarta Traffic Chaos?
