Tinggal di Indonesia, hampir setiap hari saya mendapat pesan SMS yang tidak saya inginkan. Sering pesan SMS ini berupa tindak penipuan (contoh: mama minta pulsa). Selain mengganggu, SMS jenis ini bersifat membahayakan. Tetapi karena jelas-jelas tidak legal, saya yakin pihak yang berwajib sedang berusaha untuk memberantas pelakunya (yeah, right).

But back in 1994, with my 386 Gateway2000 desktop PC (check out the beige box in the picture), I had to install a software on top of Windows 3.1 just to be able to dial-up to get internet.
